Before me, S J Burgorn, Register of Wills in and for said County, personally came Thomas J Lee of the Borough of Curllsville, in the county of Clarion, who being duly sworn according to law says That he was acquainted with Andrew Lee late of the Borough of Curllsville in said county, deceased; that he was present and saw him dead and that he died at his residence in Curllsville, Boro on the 11 day of October, A.D. 1887 at about 4 o'clock am. of said day.
